Hardwareluxx editor Andreas Schilling reveals the logo of the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT video card. He mentions the card will get 12GB GDDR6 memory and that it will target 1440p gaming. It's expected to become available in the first half of this year, possibly as early as Q1 2021.

VideoCardz thinks we may see the card's launch in March but it remains unclear when we can expect decent availability of the card. This will be the biggest problem for new video cards. With shortages everywhere, these are not pleasant launches.
It is now expected that AMD will unveil its Radeon RX 6700 XT in late Q1, possibly in March. Board partners do not have any date yet, but it is true that they are already actively developing the new SKU. It appears to be certain that RX 6700 XT will debut with 12GB GDDR6 memory across a 192-bit bus. The graphics card is also expected to offer a full Navi 22 GPU with 2560 Stream Processors. At this moment it is unclear when AMD will launch its non-XT model, but it would almost certainly offer fewer cores.
The Radeon RX 6700 XT is speculated to have a full Navi 22 XL GPU with 2560 stream processors and a 192-bit memory bus.
