In a world where everything and absolutely everything, even mousepads, are getting the RGB LED treatment, ARCTIC bets on black by rolling out more F series fans. Four new fans are added to the F-series today, this includes two 80mm models, one 92mm fan, and a 120mm version.

Which new ARCTIC F fans where launched today?

Here is a quick overview of the four new variants:

F8 TC black

This model has fluid dynamic bearing, it comes with a temperature sensor that can be placed in warm areas of your computer. The temperature sensor is on a 400mm long cable.Depending on the temperature, the fan spins at 350 to 2000RPM. It has a maximum airflow of 31CFM, a maximum static pressure of 1.0mmH2O, and a noise level of up to 0.3 Sone. Pricing is 7.99EUR.

F8 PWM PST black

Roughly the same as the F8 TC black but with an RPM range of 300 to 2000RPM. This 8.49eUR fan is controlled by PMW. All other specifications are identical.

F9 Silent black

Next is a 92mm fan that's sold for 7.49EUR via the ARCTIC webshop. Also a fluid dynamic bearing model, but this time with a fixed span speed of 1000RPM. Airflow is quite low at 21.2CFM, just like the static pressure which is just 0.40mmH2O. The main selling point here is the 0.08 Sone noise level.

F12 PWM PST black

For 7.99EUR you can get the 120mm PWM model. Just like the former three, this variant uses fluid dynamic bearing. It has a RPM range of 230 to 1350RPM, a maximum airflow of 53CFM, a static pressure of up to 1.00mmH2O, and a noise level of 0.3 Sone.
ARCTIC, one of the leading manufacturers of low-noise PC coolers and components, introduces today four additional black variants of its F-fan series. The all-black fan models F8 TC black, F8 PWM PST black, F9 Silent black as well as the F12 PWM PST black, are identical in construction to the classic product versions, with the exception of their fan blade color.

With this addition, ARCTIC now offers an even wider selection of case fans for different preferences and applications, making it one of the most extensive fan assortments available on the market today. Nine airflow-optimized fan blades, along with the fan impeller and friction-reduced Fluid Dynamic bearing, allow the F-series case fans to offer quiet, highly efficient ventilation. Where low resistance is present and maximum airflow is needed, these fans are the first choice. Their noise profile is also pleasantly quiet, and with a noise level of only 0.08 sone, the F9 Silent black is practically silent. - Arctic
