The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti should follow a week later, on June 10th, with reviews expected on June 9th. Of course, it's always possible that NVIDIA changes its mind again. GPU launch schedules change frequently, especially now due to all the shortages.
Both cards are expected to be announced at Computex 2021, during NVIDIA's digital keynote on May 31st. The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is expected to get a GA102 GPU with 10240 CUDA cores and 12GB GDDR6X memory. According to the rumor mill, the card has a 1365MHz base clock, 1665MHz Boost, and 19Gbps memory. The RTX 3070 Ti on the other hand packs a GA104 with 6144 CUDA cores and 8GB GDDR6 memory.
There is no word about the suggested retail pricing. Given the current market situation, MSRPs are pretty meaningless anyway.
