Sometime in Q3 2021, Razer will introduce a new version of its Raptor 27 gaming display. The updated model will retain the 27" IPS-based LCD panel with a 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, but will get a 165Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. The current model has a 144Hz refresh rate.

Just like the original, the new Raptor 27 has a black matte aluminum design, with a sleek cable management stand. The new Raptor 27 supports both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC. It has DisplayHDR 400 certification and supports 95 percent of the DCP-P3 color gamut.

Razer markets it as the first gaming display with THX certification:
We have partnered with THX®, masters of audio and visual fidelity, and harnessed their rigorous testing procedures to give you a level of immersion never before seen in a gaming monitor. With over 400 individual tests to ensure that the image displayed is as true to the source as possible, the Razer Raptor 27 brings you a whole new level of immersion.
You also get Razer Chroma RGB LED illumination. Razer will ship the new Raptor 27 for 999.99EUR.
