Lian Li UNI FAN AL120 offers brushed aluminum trims

Lian Li is well-known for its aluminum designs, in fact, it's one of the hallmark features of Lian Li cases. The firm also has some other product lines and now it introduces a new 120mm RGB LED fan with brushed aluminum trims and an aluminum center medallion on both sides.

The UNI FAN AL120 has several premium features. The fan has interlocking and daisy-chain capabilities, and it features both fan blade and inner frame RGB LED illumination effects. It's a PWM model that spins at 800 to 1900RPM. The maximum airflow is 64.5CFM and the noise level is between 17dBA and 28.3dBA. The specification sheet mentions a maximum static pressure of up to 2.62mmH2O.

Lian Li sells the UNI FAN AL120 in black and white versions. Pricing is mentioned in the press release below. In the US, the MSRP is $29.99 for a single fan and $99.99 for a pack of three (which includes a fan controller).

The new interlocking and daisy-chain fans feature a larger fan propeller for improved performance. The AL120 introduces new lighting zones with four strips at the inner frame, each independently configurable and visible from the front and back of the fan, a ring of ARGB LEDs around the fan shaft, and a brushed aluminum medallion on both sides, making the AL120 visually appealing as both an intake or exhaust fan.

A new level of RGB customization
With five independent adjustable lighting zones, four located at each corner of the inner fan frame and one at the center of the fan blades, the AL120, paired with the L-Connect 2 software, provides limitless customization. With up to fifty new preset lighting styles, users have the option to control the lighting effects at the fan blades and the edge of the frame individually, or combined.

Brushed aluminum accents
Both edges of the UNI FAN AL120 are fitted with a brushed aluminum trim featuring a reflective strip down the center. At the front, the center of the fan is decorated with an aluminum medallion sporting the LIAN LI logo. At the rear, the specification sticker has been replaced with an aluminum medallion with a slim see-through rim.

Impressive performance
The AL120 is a ARGB PWM fan that spins at a maximum of 1900 RPM with a maximum noise level of 28.3dB. The bigger propeller of the AL120 directly translates into higher performance with up to 64.5 CFM airflow and 2.62mm H2O air pressure, making it ideal as a radiator fan or a system fan.
