Intel's third try at breaking into the discrete video card market will soon hit the retail market. ARC Alchemist will initially arrive for the laptop market -- and desktop variants will follow in Q2 2022. It will be very interesting to see what level of performance Intel is able to offer -- and if the software support is on point.

VideoCardz reports Intel expects it will take a few more years to be fully competitive with AMD and NVIDIA. The ARC Alchemist GPUs are expected to target performance-level cards from the red and green team, products like the GeForce RTX x070 and Radeon RX x700 series.

The next generation from Intel, which is targeted for the 2023-2024 timeframe, may be able to compete with enthusiast-class GPUs like the GeForce RTX x080 and AMD Radeon x800 series. This line is called ARC Battlemage.

ARC Celestial will be Intel's third-generation and this lineup will kick things up another notch by shooting for the "Ultra Enthusiast" 900-series segment. Definitely way overkill for playing australia online casino but it will be interesting to see how Intel's cards tackle the latest AAA titles.
Intel is now targeting 2023-2024 for Battlemage with Celestial possibly launching in 2024 or 2025. The roadmap mentions 2024+ which probably means Intel themselves are unsure when it will be ready.
