NVIDIA G71 and G80 details

Posted on Saturday, December 03 2005 @ 02:06:19 CET by

VR-Zone posted some details about NVIDIA's upcoming G71 and G80 GPUs.

The G71 will be a 90nm part and will be clocked at 750MHz.

NVIDIA is also working on the GeForce 7200 (G72) and GeForce 7600 (G73). Both of them are made on a 90nm process and they will be launched in Q1 2006. The G72 will be 64-bit and will have TurboCache technology.

By mid-2006 we can expect a new flagship from NVIDIA, the G80. This card may be launched at Computex 2006 and will feature Shader Model 4.0 support.
