Toshiba debuts Satellite A105 notebook lineup

Toshiba today released their Satellite A105 notebook series, which starts at $1,049.99 with 15.4" WXGA displays. These laptops are still based on Intel's current Centrino platform, within a month we'll see the launch of Intel's new Centrino and Centrino Duo platform which will incorporate the Pentium M Yonah.

Every notebook in the A105 series comes standard with the following: a widescreen 15.4-inch LCD display, a DVD SuperMulTi +/- R Double Layer drive, a 5.4K RPM Serial ATA HDD, 533MHz DDR2 memory and Express Media Player, which enables users to instantly access DVDs or CDs with the push of a button without having to boot Windows.
