Nindento DS Light - smaller and less heavy

Nintendo has presented the upcoming Nintendo DS Light, this console is two third the size fo the original Nintendo DS and weighs 20 percent less. Additionally, the device also features a brighter display and it has a more appealing design.

The DS Light will launch in Japan in March for approx $145 - which is slightly more expensive than the current Nintendo DS.

The release date for the U.S., Europe and other parts of the world isn't know but it shouldn't take more than a couple of months.
