Palm Treo 800P coming in March?

Engadget heard Palm is planning to launch the Treo 800p on March 15.

This device is allegedly a sleek and cool device with EV-DO, 128MB RAM, optional Wi-Fi, SD expansion slot, Bluetooth 2.0, 320 x 320 display, 3.2 megapixel digital camera and external antenna.

The smartphone is said to be slimmer and slightly smaller than the Treo 650 but it still supports the same accessories.

According to the rumour the device will be available on March 15 for $599.
