Intel hires new engineers for Itanium

The Inq reports has hired a large number of design engineers to work on the Itanium processor.

Intel's Fort Collins design facility now employs 350 full time employees and will add the additional jobs over the next 5 years.

These engineers are set to earn $90,000 a year.
