MSI X38 Diamond motherboard launched

MSI presents the X38 Diamond - a motherboard based on the Intel X38 chipset with DDR3 memory support:
The new motherboard comes with the support for FSB1333 and 45nm Intel processors. It has 4 PCI Express x16 slots with support for PCIe 2.0 and ATI CrossFire. The new Diamond board is designed with a Dual-channel PWM, it is a 2 pairs shielded choke and MOSFET base on the basic 4-phase PWM. It is cooled by the MSI Circu-pipe design which is also connected to the PCIe extender chip. MSI has also announced that future revision might end up with water-cooling option.

The new X38 Diamond features X-Fi Xtreme audio card and MSI claims that they are the first one. It also features a dual Gigabit LAN, MSI SkyTel VoIP function and 2 eSATA2 ports. It also features the overclocking-friendly design like LED POST, instant button and much more.
