Posted on Thursday, September 27 2007 @ 13:35:48 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

ThermalTake has introduced a new HTPC case, the DH 102. This unit features a piano mirror black coating with aluminum front panel but it's marvel is a cool 7" touchscreen LCD display which users can use to control media functions such as music, movie, and photos, plus information like daily news, weather, PC status and e-mail.

The case weighs 7.5kg, measures 426.5 x 435 x 153.5mm and supports ATX and micro ATX motherboards. Up to seven expansion cards can be installed and there's room for three HDDs and one 5.25" device. It features tool-free installation, removable HDD cages and is cooled by one 120mm front fan and two 60mm rear fans.

    Features:
  • Piano mirror coating with aluminum front panel design
  • Built-in all new revolutionary 7” touch screen with hot keys module:
  • -1.Dual monitor display and 7" touch screen function control
  • -2.10 functional hot key buttons
  • -3.Vol. Control Knob
  • -4. Application CD and remote control
  • Compatible with Windows VISTA, MCE remote and keyboard
  • Brushed aluminum surface with polishing process.
  • Supports ATX PS2 power supply
  • High efficiency ventilation:12cm silent fan in front & dual 6cm fan in rear
  • Besides the DH 102 there's also the DH 101 - that unit has very similar features but doesn't have the 7" touch screen. You can get the DH 101 without display or with a small LCD.
