WODE mod solution for Wii looks pretty impressive

Modders have created a new mod for the Wii that goes a lot further than traditional mod chips. The WODE (Wii Optical Drive Emulator) enables you to play ISOs directly from USB storage devices and is relatively easy to install. No soldering is required, WODE attaches to the Wii drive cable and is housed in a vertical stand for your Wii that includes a LCD display and joystick.
