Soyo Fusion micro-ATX motherboard spotted

Asian tech site Expreview took some photos of an upcoming Mini-ATX motherboard from Soyo that features AMD's Zacate E350 APU. This Fusion chip is clocked at 1.6GHz, it has a 18W TDP and features integrated Radeon HD 6310 graphics. Pricing and availability is unknown, and it's possible that the final release edition may be somewhat different than this early sample.
The Soyo's APU onboard the motherboard directly Zacate E350 APU, clocked at 1.6GHz, integrated Radeon HD 6310 graphics core and UVD 3.0 video decoder engine, TDP is 18W; motherboard with 2-phase core power design, supports DDR3 1333 memory, configured with a PCI-E x16, PCI-E x1 and PCI expansion slots for users to use; board also has six SATA ports and four USB 2.0 interfaces, use the HDMI + DVI + VGA display output interface , is a pity that did not provide USB 3.0 interface.
