AMD Mobility Radeon HD 7000 specifications leaked

Turkish tech site Donanim Haber reveals some of the leaked specifications of AMD's Mobility Radeon HD 7000 series. These are all 28nm chips but they aren't expected to be launched until Q2 2011 (ultra-high-end) or Q4 2011 (other parts).
Here is the list and specs of AMDs 28nm mobile GPUs which are will be used under Mobility Radeon HD 7000 series brand.

Ultra High End - Wimbledon GPU: 256- Bit / 2GB-4GB GDDR5/65 Watt+ TDP/1.25X Faster than Blackcomb/MXM 3.0/Production Q2 2012

High End: Heathrow GPU: Two version 128bit-192-bit/1.5GB-3GB GDDR5/35-45 Watt TDP/1.30x faster than Chelsea GPU/MXM 3.0/Production Q4 2011

Performance: Chelsea GPU: 128-bit/1GB GDDR5 - 2GB GDDR3/20-30 Watt TDP /1.3x faster than Whistler GPU/MXM 3.0/Production Q4 2011

Mainstream: Thames GPU: 128-Bit/1GB GDDR5-1GB GDDR3/15-20 Watt TDP/2X faster than Seymour GPU/Production Q4 2011

They are all 28nm GPUs.
