NVIDIA issues GeForce Hotfix driver 353.38

NVIDIA has uploaded a hotfix for its GeForce 353.38 driver, you can download it over here. This little update fixes stability issues with Chrome and a problem with delays when launching programs or games with GSYNC enabled.
