FUD Zilla reports Intel's E2140, E2160 and E4500 processors will be phased out by late June.
The Pentium dual core E2160 with 1.8GHz GHz speed was one of the most popular CPUs and Intel plans to end its life in June, which means that the last orders won't be returnable or cancellable.

The E4500 with 2.2GHz clock and 2MB cache also dies in June, but it will be outlived by the 2.4GHz clocked E4600 and 2.6GHz clocked E4700.

Intel will keep the 2.0GHz clocked E2180, 2.2GHz clocked E2200 and 2.3GHz clocked E2220 and there isn't much of a reason for panic. These CPUs are simply incredibly cheap as you can buy a Pentium dual core E2180 for €50.
