Creative launches Zen Neeon MP3 player

Creative recently announced the Zen Neeon, a small lightweight HDD-based digital audio player. The Zen Neeon features a 5GB HDD, built-in FM tuner, voice recording and has line-in recording capabilities. The Zen Neeon weights only 75g and has a rechargeable Li-Ion battery which lasts for about 16 hours.

The Zen Neeon's LCD screen can rotate between 7 different backlight colours and Creative also ships special Stik-On skins for the Zen Neeon, giving users the ability to customize their MP3 player. For the moment there are four design themes available: Eden, Kawaii, Funky and Safari.

  • The Creative Zen Neeon will ship for $199.99 and will become available in ten different colors. The package will include the device, high-fidelity earphones, USB 2.0 cable, line-in cable, neck strap, quick start guide, installation CD and one Stik-On skin. Information about product availability isn't available yet.
