AMD explains how Precision Boost Overdrive works on Zen 2 CPUs

In a new video, AMD technical marketing guy Robert Hallock explains how Precision Boost Overdrive works on the new Zen 2-based Ryzen 3000 series processors. This updated feature offers automatic overclocking, even beyond the Boost clockspeed listed in the chip's specifications. The chip automatically makes this decision, based on various metrics including power use and thermals, and ups the voltage and frequency to boost performance.
