Apple notebooks to get built-in video cameras?

A recently published patent applications unveils Apple filed a patent on March 12, 2004 to integrate a tiny video camera into the latch of their notebooks.
It's not sure whether Apple will really do this but they may promote it to use it with their iChat audio/video conferencing software.

According to the filing that was made on March 12, 2004, they describe the camera built into the latch which will include a rotating the latch for different angles. It also includes details about using a CCD or CMOS image sensor.More details at Mobilemag.
