RIM BlackBerry 7130e details leaked

MobileTracker heard some details about RIM's upcoming 7130e smartphone.

This BlackBerry phone will feature EV-DO high-speed data and here's a look at the leaked specifications:

- 64 MB flash memory plus 16 MB SRAM - 240×260 pixel screen with 65K colors - Bluetooth
