The guys from ThinkComputers reviewed the Laser Cut Fan Grills from Jab-Tech:

These fan grills can be used in many situations. They can be used for blow holes on either the top or side of the case. I usually see this application of the fan grill. This is one of the best ways to show off the fan grill, because it is outside of the case. I have seen people who use the grills on the fans inside of their case too, provided they have a side window. This is also a very attractive way of displaying the grill
