For the past few years, Google's A-series phones have provided a excellent value in the sub-$500 price bracket. The phones have sported competent hardware and some of the best cameras you could get on ANY phone. The price has crept up generation after generation, positioning the new Pixel 7a at $499. That's just a little less than the flagship Pixel 7 at $599, but that's not a problem for the 7a—it's a problem for the Pixel 7...
