Fresh air for the user! Today we are testing the Arctic Summair USB fan and the Summair Plus USB fan with integrated battery just in time for summer. The two table fans in an attractive design from Arctic are exceptionally not intended for PC cooling, but cool the PC user with infinitely variable fan speed.
