"The kit comes with multiple AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles for DDR5-7400, DDR5-7200, and DDR5-7000, with timings getting tighter as the speed decreases so performance loss will be minimal if your memory controller can’t handle the highest speed option. Without setting a profile, the kit will default to the JEDEC standard of DDR5-4800 as well."
