"When it comes to M.2 NVMe solid state drives ones that don't features a cache chip or as we call them DRAMless are typically more entry level drives that give you adequate performance. The Viper VP4300 Lite makes use of the Maxio Tech MAP1602-C controller and 232-Layer TLC NAND. This combination allows the drive to have speeds of up to 7400 MB/s read and 6400 MB/s write.
