Split 65 is an interesting design, which needs zero accommodation time while the parts are joined together, since we are talking about a standard layout and also allows a comfortable, ergonomic typing position while the two parts are placed at a distance, allowing a ton of configuration options regarding positioning, since there is no mechanism keeping it joined together. We even have the possibility to only use the left side of the keyboard (master) and not the secondary part, for macros only on different applications, as a secondary keyboard device, installed at the same PC.
