The Windows CE-based Mio 136 ($499) is the latest addition to the company's line of handheld GPS products, but unlike the more robust Mio 168, it's not a PDA. Instead, the ultraportable Mio 136 is a dedicated navigation system that can be used anywhere as long as you have a clear view of the sky, and it pulls double duty as an MP3 player.
