HIS Excalibur 9600 XT Review

Posted on Monday, March 01 2004 @ 21:02:43 CET by LSDsmurf

The Overclocker Cafe' has just posted it's review of the H.I.S. Tech Radeon 9600 XT which they call the Excalibur. H.I.S. has broken from the mold of most of the other 9600 XT card makers in adding individual RAM sinks onboard as well as jacking up the memory bus 50MHz to 650 for a little extra pull. Here is a snip of the review: Of the three cards tested here today, the H.I.S. Excalibur should have the best price/performance ratio provided its MSRP is in line with the other ATi card makers. Especially when considering the results of the eye candy benchmarks we ran, the H.I.S. really shines.
