To game effectively and become the best player possible demands better hardware. Practicing and learning new skills is the boring road which you will be lead down, by pacing yourself your gaming will gradually become more interesting and fun. Disciplined gaming is the only way to become better at the game. Discipline is the main aspect of your gaming, by practicing more often and training yourself will make you a dramatically better gamer. The better you are, the better the game becomes.

I have one of this already. I must admit it is a good layout for FPS gaming. I tried using it on World of Warcraft, and actually the ergonomic layout is quite good with RTS games.
