The Asus P5LD2-E is Asus's 945P rendition of the Asus P5WD2-E (the 955X performance variant that is more expensive and is able to handle DDR-II PC1066 memory). Apart from this fact, the P5LD2-E is pretty similar to the P5WD2-E in terms of features, like the optional Wifi-TV card, SATA on the Go Connectivity, ICH7R and third party IDE RAID. The P5LD2-E only has a single Gigabit LAN port though, as opposed to the two found on the P5WD2-E.
