The picture shouldn't surprise you all that much. The HIS Radeon 9600XT looks almost identical to any other 9600XT, but there is at least one difference worth mentioning. HIS included a chip that enables the Overdrive feature, which essentially makes the card overclock dynamically according to the temperature sensor - but more on that later.
