Now that you can get a decent laptop for under 1000 euros it seems that not only marketing people and executive personnel are interested of them. You have choices like getting one that weights only 1 kilogram or have a 17" wide-screen tft panel. Some laptops can have full size keyboards or even touch controlled displays. Because of this, many people could quite easily replace their desktop workstation with them. Sure you can't add multiple optical drives or hard drives inside it or replace the CPU with something more powerfull but how many times have you done that to your desktop after you purchased it?
