Trying to find a power supply that is capable of handling all of the components we run in our systems these days can be a rather daunting task. You factor in a high-speed processor, one video card or perhaps even two that requires additional electrical hookups just to work, 2 GB of memory, a pair of large capacity hard drives, a couple of DVD burners and maybe a water pump to keep thing cool and you better have a good power supply under the hood.

The Hiper HPU-4M480 power supply that we are reviewing today may not be the most powerful unit out there but the results of our test proved it to be the most stable of any power supply we have reviewed in quite some time.
