Today we are looking at the ECS RS 480-M ATI 200 Xpress chipset micro atx mainboard for AMD socket 939 processors. The RS 480 is a budget minded board with integrated sound, lan, and video. The RS 480 is very versitile with uses ranging from desktop buisness machines, file server applications for home users who build their own, even small gaming rigs for that weekly lan, and for the adventurist the HTPC rig. The IGP video is DX 9.0 and is based on the ATI X300 chip with 2 pipelines and 2 shaders which is not the fastest in the world butcan play some games at low res.
