When last we visited the Kool Solutions Chill Vent II, which we reviewed here, it was humming away happily on our AMD test system, having reduced temperatures on an already efficient cooling system by 2-3ºC. This improvement got us to wondering what kind of improvement we could get on a somewhat less robust cooling system. This, along with the fact that we really wanted to do some testing on a P4 based rig convinced us to take our evaluation on step further.
