HIS X700 IceQ AGP Video Card Review

We chose to review this video card using what we consider a true "Realistic Benchmark", realistic in the sense that it was ran with a processor that just about anyone can afford Pentium 4 - 2.4C. We hope that by using an average processor you will be able to compare your system to ours to get a more accurate estimate of how this video card might perform for you.
