When opening the Nemesis Elite, we get a very well an nicely wrapped case with of couse the plastic bag and styrofoam. It is packaged kind of tight, so be aware that most UPS and FedEx carriers love to toss boxes with no consideration at all. So when you order your Nemesis, be sure to check the product before you sign for it. If the product is damage, UPS or FedEx will be held responsible for the broken merchandise and thus you dont have to worry about getting a DOA Nemesis Elite on your hands..
