As computers become faster, the popularity of over-clocking grows. Is it because the performance gained from this practice has increased dramatically over the past few years, or that many people can never be content with what is available to them? Some just aren't content with having the fastest off-the-shelf hardware, while others see the savings advantage of midrange hardware to perform at top of the line speeds
