HardOCP has reviewed a gaming PC, here's a small clip from their evaluation:

Opening it up, we found the PC and monitor were packaged well with foam blocks that kept the computer from bouncing around. Now, these particular foam blocks get the job done but there’s a downside to them – while they’ll keep a computer secure in transit, if you’re not careful, the blocks can be pulled apart pretty easily, which is something to keep in mind if you should ever have to return the PC to Maingear for any reason.
