In the Internet Explorer page title, it says, "Cutting Edge Gaming Computers with Fanatical Support." In more than one place on the site, they mention that their support is second-to-none and quote a couple of e-zine and print reviews touting their customer service prowess. As you all know by now, how an OEM represents itself through Customer Service and Tech Support is a huge part of our evaluation process. The other part of their slogan implies that they build hot-to-trot gaming machines. On this page, they have a nifty comparison table between the gaming platforms built by WidowPC, Alienware, and Dell. They put in black-and-white what they claim to offer, and what the others don't..
