This review is going to be taking a look at PowerColor's X1300 PCI Express video card. This product is designed for the price-conscious and people with limited gaming needs. It is the newest in the line of reasonably priced cards like the X300 and the 9200, neither of which seemed very exciting, but if you simply need a device for producing video, they have been a great way to save some money.
