A while back, we had some issues with surface tracking in Logitech's G5 and G7 laser mice. Frankly, that left a bad taste in our mouth, but the world's largest peripherals maker turned things around after acknowledging the issue and issuing a firmware upgrade for the G5. Besides, you can't hold a grudge against a company that has a consistency of releasing successful products over and again.
