Not "subsidized" by any particular mobile provider, you can use it on any GSM network that you have a SIM card for. The TORQ P120 features GSM, Bluetooth, and Wifi (802.11b) radios in a nicely designed candy form factor. A nice large screen rounds out the impressive "cover" on this book, but does it stand up to judgement after flipping through its pages?"
