PCA has a new review up on a couple different versions of a new cooler from Titan named the Eagle. This versatile cooler straps to quite a few different video cards. But can it cooler better than your stock cooler? Well, one of them can. Here is a snip from the review:

"The design is a bit too extravagant for my taste, but I can see the effectiveness behind it. It's designed to allow air to flow all the way across the card and cool all the components. The wings are made out of plastic and the paint covering them isn't the greatest, but it will definitely grab your attention."
