Syrin Nextherm PSU460 Power Supply Review

Posted on Friday, March 10 2006 @ 13:56:16 CET by LSDsmurf

The Nextherm PSU460 is just one of 3 new power supplies slated for release from Sytrin, which also include 550W and 600W units. The Nextherm lineup has some pretty impressive features, including the latest ATX and EPS specifications, active PFC, dual +12v rails, and SATA and PCIe support. These models also provide dedicated cabling for direct connection to Sytrin's own Aircon cooling system. Can the smallish 460W unit really provide high-end server level power as Sytrin claims?
