The LG CU320 ($299.99; from $149.99 with contract) is an exceedingly modest introduction to high-speed, third-generation phones for Cingular customers. It's a pleasant, midrange phone with some fun, boredom-banishing video clips. We expected more from Cingular's new network technology, though..
