The left side of the chassis is where the bulk of our connectivity resides. The slender connector on the left is for a port replicator connection, which allows you to expand your system’s connectivity by plugging in a separate module carrying a variety of ports and connections (available as an accessory for $180). On the right side of the chassis, we see our 56K modem and modular drive bay, which is currently home to our DVD+/-RW. The front has our memory card reader and audio jacks. We also see our speakers and the stylus housing. The rear of the chassis is devoid of any connectivity..
