While the MX series of mice first debuted a few years ago as a series high-accuracy optical mice (which was mostly marketed to gamers), Logitech's moved the MX line down to a middle bracket of power users who don't want to pony up $70 at retail (or more) for their more expensive "G" line of gaming equipment. The MX610 is very advanced as far as technology goes, and its price is very reasonable as well. And after spending a few days with it, I'd have to say it's a near-perfect mix of affordable hardware with great features..
